Return policy
As Herbaltox Gıda Limited Company (“Company”), we aim to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level. In order to solve the problems that may be experienced in relation to our products or services, we provide the following refund conditions.
You can make your return requests within the framework of the following rules.
1. Refund Conditions
1.1. Time Framework for Product Refund: You can return the products you have purchased within 14 days from the date you received.
In order to initiate the return process, the products must be unused, undamaged and must be in the original packaging.
1.2. Products that cannot be returned:
Cosmetic and personal care products, hygiene products and similar packaging products,
DVD, CD and other copyable media content,
foodstuffs or quick deteriorated products,
used, damaged or packaged products are outside the scope of return.
1.3. Special Production or Personalized Products: Producted or adapted products according to personal preferences cannot be refunded.
2. Return Process
2.1. Return Start:
To start the return process, contact us at info@herbaltox.com at our e-mail or customer service number.
When creating your return request, you must provide your order number and invoice information for the product.
2.2. Submission of Return Products:
Send the product you want to return to our return address with the original packaging and all accessories, if any.
The return address will be notified after the application.
With the product, you must add the invoice copy and return request form to the box.

2.3. Shipping fee:
In case of incorrect or damaged product sending, the return shipping fee will be covered by our company.
In all other refund cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.
3. Refund Acceptance and Processing
3.1. Return review: The returned product will be examined within 5 working days after reaching us.
If it is confirmed that the product is in accordance with the refund conditions, the return process will be initiated.
3.2. Unacceptable refunds: Refunds of used, damaged, packaging or missing products are not accepted and sent back to the customer.
4. Refund process
4.1. Refund time: Your refund will be made within 7 working days after your return request is approved.
4.2. Payment method:
Whichever method you have made your payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) will be made by the same method.
For payments made by credit card, the time of repayment to your account may vary depending on the transaction time of your bank.
4.3. DISCOUNT AND CAMPAIGN PRODUCTS: If the return product is included in the campaign or discount, the reimbursement amount is calculated considering the discounts applied.
5. Product Exchange Transactions
5.1. Change Request: If there is no problem with the product, if you want to replace it with a different product, you can return the product by following the return process and order for the new product you want.
5.2. Stock Status: In your change requests, the presence of new products in stock may affect the change process.
For products that are not in stock, return process is made instead of change request.
